R. J. England Consulting Ltd. acted as the mechanical consultants to &Architecture in designing a Coop Liquor Store as an addition to the existing C-Store in Melville. The addition area was approximately 2,900 square feet and consisted of a sales floor, beer cooler, and back of house area.
The work included revisions to the existing domestic sewer, storm water, and natural gas building services, new roof top unit, new plumbing systems, and back of house heating equipment.
