R. J. England Consulting Ltd. were prime consultants to the Saskatchewan Ministry of Government Services for the design and site review services for installing a new fire protection sprinkler system throughout the existing 5 storey building. The work included not only the sprinkler system and standpipe system, but also the addition of a new fire pump and dedicated standby generator.
