R. J. England Consulting Ltd. were the mechancial engineers providing mechanical support systems necessary for the stone masons, copper workers, and other trades bringing the Legislative Building dome back to life. The most challenging portion of the work was providing heating and ventilation for the “tent” structure that enveloped the dome during the work. Other services included compressed air, fire protection sprinklers, and storm water management.
