R. J. England Consulting Ltd. acted as the mechanical consultants to &Architecture in renovating an existing locker room and sauna space. The renovation area was approximately 600 square feet and consisted of a new exercise space, sauna, and washroom.
The work included revisions to existing ventilation, heating, and plumbing systems, and new air conditioning system and sauna.
