R. J. England Consulting Ltd. acted as prime consultants to McCor Management Inc. for the replacement of the north tower’s 60 ton chiller. The work included lifting the existing chiller off the north tower and lifting the new chiller in its place. The new chiller was tied back into the north towers cooling system.
