Estevan, Saskatchewan

R. J. England Consulting Ltd. acted as both prime and mechanical consultants to the Saskatchewan Ministry of Government Services for the replacement of the existing steam heating system with a new hot water heating system in this facility. As the facility is a designated provincial heritage property, sensitivity to the historical elements was necessary so as not to significantly affect the nature of the building.

Traditional style cast iron radiators were used in the new hydronic heating system to maintain the heritage character of the facility.
