R. J. England Consulting Ltd. acted as the mechanical consultants to P3 Architecture in developing the total revisions to the tenant spaces at 4211 Albert Street in Regina. The tenant revisions covered all four floors of the building at an area of approximately 34,500 square feet and was phased to maximize resources.
Also included was an upgrade of the building standpipe system, including a new fire pump.
