R. J. England Consulting Ltd. acted as the mechanical consultants to Number Ten Architectural Group in developing tenant revisions to the main and partial second floor at Lloyd Place, 3211 Albert Street in Regina, Saskatchewan.

Major revisions to the building mechanical systems include replacement of steam heating system with a hot water system, replacing building fans, upgrades to systems thermal environmental systems, and replacement of building control system. An innovative unltrasonic humidifier was integrated into the existing building mechancial system.
